Plan B

Originally created by skater and big thinker Mike Ternasky in 1991, Plan B skateboards started with the idea that skaters, not big corporations, should be driving skate brands -- a pretty radical concept at the time. In an unfortunate turn of events, Ternasky died a few years later, and the project was shelved for nearly a decade. Relaunched with a vengeance in 2005 by pro riders Danny Way and Colin McKay, Plan B has since exploded onto the skateboarding scene with some of the best sponsored riders and sickest skate gear out there.
