  • Flat Rate UPS Ground Shipping Rates: Contiguous 48 U.S.
  • Orders ship within one business day
  • Flat Rate: $5.95
  • Two-Day Air: $13.95
  • Overnight: $22.95
  • Add $5.00 to all shipping options: Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
  • Oversize and Ship-Alone items incur additional shipping charges

  • The standard method for shipment to P.O. Boxes
  • Packages are sent via UPS first, then dropped off at USPS for the final leg
  • Same rates as UPS ground
  • Priority Mail – ETA: 15 - 18 business days
  • Not valid for P.O. Boxes or U.S. Territories
  • Limited to U.S. Territories, AK/HI, APO/FPO

Oversize

Extra shipping charges for oversize items and oversized orders are based upon the true cost of shipping, regardless of the order total.

Reseller Policy

Oversized orders will be charged shipping fees consistent with the true cost of shipping the order, regardless of order total. Ship-Alone – Not as lonely as it sounds.

The Ship-Alone designation applies to pre-packed items or items too large/oddly shaped to fit in a standard box. They can even be items too fragile to ship standard. Regardless of offers applied to your order, additional shipping costs may apply to Ship-Alone items.

Shipping FAQ

  • Will my item be delivered inside my house? Do you have a White Glove service?
  • Quoted delivery price is for curbside delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for arranging any other delivery options with the shipping company.
  • Additional fees may apply for options other than curbside delivery.
  • Who pays for return shipping?
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. During the return process all items are inspected. If it is determined that there are errors (wrong item, size, color, etc.), defects or damages incurred during shipping, the return shipping fee will be refunded.
